What payment methods do you accept?

Forever Fashion currently accepts credit card payments only.

Why should I create an account on the Forever Fashion website?

Creating an account can boost your shopping experience on ForeverFashion.com. By registering an account, you will have access to other features and benefits that are only available to registered members. Some of these features and benefits include: creating and managing a wishlist; storing payment, billing, and shipping information for an easier checkout; and tracking all your order history.

We currently do not offer gift packaging.

ORDERS

How long does it take to process orders?

It may take 1-3 business days to process orders. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed and has been sent to a shipping facility, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or phone at: 1 (787) 629-5685. If an order has already been processed, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the procedure for returns.

When will I be charged?

ou will be charged once the order is ready to be shipped. 

 

SHIPPING

How much does it cost to ship my order and when will my order arrive?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently ship orders to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship internationally. 

Can I change the address on my order?

Once the order has been processed, you may not change the address on the order. If you would like to make changes to the address or if there was a mistake in the address, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or phone at: 1 (787) 629-5685.

How do I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready to be shipped. Once you receive this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by our carrier.

Can you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. However, you may place multiple orders.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We currently do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders submitted Friday at 4:00 PM to Sunday will be shipped on Monday during business hours.

Do you ship during holidays?

Orders will NOT be shipped during the following holidays:

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Labor Day

  • Independence Day

What type of jewelry will I receive?

Each month you will receive up to 5 pieces of jewelry, hand-selected just for you, based on your styles preferences. Styles include: bracelets, bangles, earrings, necklaces, rings, and sets.

When will I receive my package?

Subscription packages will be shipped on the first day of each month. Your package should arrive within the next few days.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged each month on the same date that the subscription was originally purchased. For example, if the subscription was first purchased on January 4th, then the next billing date will be February 4th.

How do I know when to expect my package?

You will receive an email each time your package has shipped, so you can stay up to date as to when to expect your new jewelry.

Can I return a subscription package?

No, you may not return subscription packages. Refunds will not be made for any returns of subscription packages. If there is a problem with the subscription package, please write to us via the  Contact Us  page.

Can I temporarily freeze my membership?

No, you may not temporarily freeze your membership at this time.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

All subscriptions will automatically renew unless the subscription is cancelled.
